Community Yoga Class (donation based)

All are welcome to join us in the atrium for gentle and slow flow yoga, at 6:30p.m. on Monday, April 8, 15, and 29; at 5:45 on April 22.  Bring a mat and a towel.  This class is open to all levels and abilities.  Our instructor is Karen Parrish, Yoga for All Certified.  Learn more by visiting: www.linktr.ee/karenparrish.  Suggested donation of $10 per class.  Not sure yoga is for you? hopkinsmedicine.org provides that yoga improves strength, balance, flexibility, and can ease arthritis symptoms.
